Learn More About SEED Hackathon

Executive Summary

SEED is a 24-hour innovation sprint designed to harness the collective creativity and technical prowess of Voltmoney's talent pool, supercharged with AI tools. This inaugural hackathon will focus on developing impactful solutions that can transform our internal processes, enhance customer experiences, improve quality standards, and unlock new revenue streams. The event will run from April 24th at 11 AM to April 25th at 11 AM, culminating in team demonstrations of working prototypes.

Innovation Themes

SEED focuses on four key innovation themes, each representing a critical area for business growth and development:

  • 10X Productivity

Accelerate efficiency through intelligent automation of cross-departmental workflows. Create tools that make our teams work much faster and smarter by automating repetitive tasks, streamlining how information flows between departments, or building smart systems that help people collaborate better.

  • Customer Delight

Enhance the customer journey to create memorable, positive experiences. Build something that makes our customers smile by making their experience with Voltmoney better, easier, or more enjoyable.

  • Unlock New Revenue

Discover untapped market opportunities to generate additional revenue streams. Develop ideas that bring more money into the business through new or improved offerings.

  • Quality Improvement

Elevate standards across the organization to deliver superior outcomes. Build something that raises the bar on quality in any part of our business.

A Hackathon for Everyone

This isn't your typical technical hackathon. We're breaking down the barriers between departments and making this event truly inclusive for all Voltmoney team members.

  • Anyone Can Submit Ideas - You don't need coding skills or technical expertise to participate! If you have a great idea that addresses one of our themes, we want to hear it. Sales, operations, customer support, finance, HR – everyone's perspective is valuable.
  • Idea-First Approach - We're prioritizing strong ideas over technical implementation details. Focus on the problem you're solving and the potential impact, not how to build it.
  • Team Assignment for Selected Ideas - If your idea is selected, we'll assign a cross-functional team with the necessary technical skills to help bring it to life. Ideators will work closely with their teams throughout the hackathon to guide the vision.
  • Collaborative Experience - This format encourages collaboration across departments, bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise to create solutions that truly address business needs.
  • Equal Recognition - Both ideators and implementers share in the recognition and rewards. Great ideas and great execution are equally celebrated.
